Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional accounting and tax services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been provided. However, if a client believes there was an error in service delivery, they may contact us within 7 days of service completion for a review. Any refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service agreements at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. If a client has prepaid for services, any refunds will be issued at our discretion based on services already rendered.

For subscription-based services (e.g., monthly bookkeeping plans), cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
